So I'm going to assume if you're checking this, you no longer really care about Eric & I so much as you're checking to see pics of our little dude :) So that's what I'll give you.. hope you don't mind!

Here's what we know about little E so far:

-He's def. eating enough :) Our little man gained 2 lbs and 2 inches in 2 weeks from the hospital. We have no idea how much he weighs now, but are pretty sure he's approaching the 15 lb mark... we tried to make a deal with him to not grow up.. but he's already ignoring our orders :)

-He loves being outside... just like his Papa. Apparently he also told his dad he likes rock climbing and Eric is already planning his first climbing expedition :)

-He hates clothes. I'm a fan of this since, let's face it, it's hot and this means less laundry.

-He likes car rides. Correction... he likes car rides if you're moving at a rapid pace, and will let you know if you are traveling less than 30 mph :)

-He likes to rival the sonic boom when doing a bowel movement. He welcomed the pastor's wife

to our house with one of the loudest :)

-He loves his bath. Sadly, he decided this after Grandma Schwab listened to him scream bloody murder with all his prior baths.

-He likes to fake sleep. He does this alot... pretends to sleep until you put him down and his eyes are huge and alert. I've also accused him of faking like he needs to burp just so I'll pick him up... a huge stinker!

-He HATES burping. This is not convenient since this little dude has to burp 5-10 times each feeding... yikes!

-He prefers if being held to be in constant movement... he somehow knows if you sit down (even if you're still moving him) and will let you know he thinks standing is better.

-He has a huge variety of facial expressions, and prefers the scowl. E & I are pretty sure he already knows he got weird parents and has all but rolled his eyes at our goofy talk to him. He has been smiling alot and has a silent laugh... showing off his dimples!

-The kid is as strong as an ox... also like his Papa :) Elliott's been mastering holding up his head since week 2, and can steady it in almost any position for minutes at a time. Gotta give the dude props... that's a big head to control :)

-He likes to hog the bed. Such a little man can sure take up some room! He was sleeping with us for a few hours one morning and kept creeping into Dad's space until Eric was on the edge... Note: it's a king size bed :)

-He started a "Boys Only" club with his dad, and they do manly things things together all the time without mom. Eric claims this was all Elliott's idea.... hm......

-Lastly.. he loves his Daddy and Mom :) Ok... at least he will in time. We won't give him a choice on this one :)

We'll let ya know what else we find out about our sweet man.. until then...
